To give more information, the 2nd workshop is on December 1st in SLC Main Library Conference room B level 1 from 3 pm till 7 pm. There will be a Press release on this matter and that night will be the judging take place. The winning items and selected items will be displayed in Hotel Monaco's "condominium" on December 4th Red Party event. If you want to participate and if you can't come on Dec 1st, you can come to UAF during business hours and you can get the non-lubricated condoms for your entry.
