New Year's Resolution

Have you thought of your New Year's Resolution yet? If not, here are some great tips:

Getting into shape through regular exercise.
Quit smoking.
Spending more quality time with the family.
Cutting down on work related stress.
Giving up alcohol or drinking socially.
Being more organized in one's office and also at home.
Going for a trip during the weekend.
Eating a healthy diet.
Save money and going for social volunteering.
Getting to know myself.
Read more books or magazines to get me informed.
New Hobby.
Get to know new people.


So before you have fun this New Year's Eve, make sure to be ready for 2009 by preparing mentally, physically, socially, spiritually and emotionally.
